We don’t often get to put air guitar, Guinness Book of World Records and Broadway in the same blog post, so today’s a special treat. Tomorrow, following the matinee performance of Rock of Ages, audience members and ROA actors will join U.S. Air Guitar (the official air-guitar association of the United States, which is responsible for organizing the U.S. Air Guitar Championships) to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Largest Air Guitar Ensemble. On hand to teach the audience and actors the basics of air guitar will be 2007 National Air Guitar Champion Andrew “William Ocean” Litz.
