    Halloween ’09: A sexy-costume retrospective

    Halloween: The most time-honored excuse to release the exhibitionist within. This year, like most years, New Yorkers did not disappoint. On the streets, there were sexy cops (including, if we’re not mistaken, a Lt. Dangle from Reno 911), seemingly naughty nurses, gratuitously topless revelers of both genders, a couple of Naked Cowboys and countless Lady Gagas (although only three will be shown here). TONY’s photographers were there.
