Williamsburg music venue Rose Live Music now has a romantic eatery underfoot: Vutera, from owners Carlo and Gina Vutera, offers Mediterranean fare from chef Molly Del Monte (Little Giant, Savoy) in a 48-seat, candlelit space located below the performance area/bar. Dishes include parsnip gnocchi with beet-green pesto and blue cheese, and a Spanish mackerel escabeche with croutons, grapefruit and cilantro. The wine list, meawhile, is curated by Hugh Crickmore, who was formerly an owner of Mas. 345 Grand St between Havemeyer St and Marcy Ave, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (no phone yet, call Rose Live Music at 718-599-0069)
