  • Happy hour: Flight Nights at Enoteca on Court

Posted in Eat Out by Eat Out on October 7th, 2009 at 11:32 am

eox150happyhourGet your weekend off the ground early with Flight Nights at Cobble Hill’s Enoteca on Court, Wednesdays through October 28. Your first flight of three wines is totally gratis and will feature a different producer from the wine bar’s 125-bottle list each night. Tonight they’ll pop the cork on bottles from Chianti’s Rocca delle Macìe; next week includes selections from Francis Ford Coppola’s vineyards. —Liz Sheldon

Earlier this week, Marco Polo owner Joseph Chirico and his son, Marco, opened Enoteca on Court, a wine and small-plates bar next door to his Carroll Gardens restaurant. With about 75 seats and a backyard garden, the bar features an international wine list assembled by former Enoteca i Trulli wine director Charles Scicolone, and a fairly lengthy menu of pizzas, panini and small plates, available after the jump.
