All the hubbub surrounding Bobby Flay’s DessertTruck throwdown seems to have overshadowed one we care way more about.

DeDe Lahman drops word that her downtown pancakerie (and oh, they sell other stuff, too), Clinton Street Baking Company & Restaurant, dueled with Senor Flay for an upcoming episode of the celebutoque’s Food Network program, Throwdown with Bobby Flay. That sexy shot at left? A production still.

We can only imagine the Flayster gussied up his flapjacks with some silly Southwestern flair. We’re calling a Clinton Street win on this one. Care to counterpoint? Let us know.
