Let us show you to your table.

We can’t promise you White House arugula, but if you’ve been curious about what Marcus Samuelsson fed President Obama and his crew at that state dinner, you’ll soon get a chance to taste it. Chef Jimmy Lappalainen—who helped Samuelsson create the menu for last month’s political soiree—will be serving a re-creation of the three-course first meal at Riingo. Feast like the political elite with dishes such as potato eggplant salad, red lentil soup and green-curry prawns. Dinner’s from December 14 to 20, and will only set you back $45. Reserve now—unless you’re a party crasher, that is.—Julia Fleming
