The following restaurants and bars are expected to open by September 9. Opening dates can change, though, so always call ahead to confirm before heading out.

A Voce Columbus A Voce’s Italian fine dining is the latest top-tier restaurant to hit the Time Warner Center. Executive chef Missy Robbins is introducing a largely original pan-regional menu to the Columbus Circle outpost, along with new features, such as an antipasti bar (look for baccalà and pancetta with figs, pistachios and a balsamic reduction). The former Café Gray space received a plush face-lift from the Rockwell Group, including a glass wall displaying the 9,000-large wine collection and views of Central Park. 10 Columbus Circle at Broadway, third floor (212-823-2523)

Gansevoort 69 Nightlife impresarios David Graziano and Corey Lane (both of Pink Elephant) are putting their stamp on the former Florent space, keeping what suits them (the diner facade, original terrazzo floors) and “cleaning up” the parts that don’t (expect a neutral palette and fresh wooden beams). The late-night destination will serve comfort food, such as BLTs made with Berkshire bacon, and all-day breakfast dishes like chicken and waffles. The bar that brews coffee in the a.m. will pour cocktails at night. Le Souk Harem Live out your Moroccan fantasies in the Village at this sister location of Le Souk. Its signature North African flair comes in a 4,500-square-foot, tri-level package with outdoor tables, lounge seating and hookahs galore. Consulting chef Doug Psaltis (Smith’s) lends his culinary pedigree to French-tinged dishes like a lobster tail tagine with cauliflower, golden raisins and almonds. Regionally inspired drinks, like the Fleur d’Oranger (bourbon, aged rum, port and orange bitters), are the brainchildren of cocktail maven Allen Katz. 510 La Guardia Pl between Bleecker and W Houston Sts (212-677-1120)

Berry Park Williamsburg welcomes its latest beer hall, a bi-level behemoth with a 3,500-square-foot ground floor and a roof deck almost as large. Brooklyn boosters may be disappointed to find that the 15 taps are dedicated to imports (mostly German and Belgian drafts). Other amenities that might make up for it: a 13-foot-wide screen screening soccer, Manhattan (and McCarren Park) views and a forthcoming beer-friendly food menu. 4 Berry St at North 14th St, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (718-782-2829)
