It seems like every week a new food truck hits the streets—barbecue, dumplings, tacos—but where’s the beef? Ask no more, because La Cense Beef Burger Truck is planning to arrive in the city within the next week. Created by a Montana ranch that raises 100 percent grass-fed cattle, the mobile unit will roll into town selling six-ounce patties sporting Adam Perry Lang’s stamp of approval. They’ll be griddle cooked to your temperature of choice, and served on a sesame seed bun. Toppings include caramelized onions, and bags of potato chips take the place of fries. Beyond that, it’s all about the meat. The truck will roam midtown; check twitter.com/lcbburgertruck.
