    First Look: Brunch at Elettaria

    Ahktar Nawab is ready to cook you breakfast.

    A PR rep writes to announce that Elettaria, Akhtar Nawab’s eclectic 8th Street eatery, is readying to debut brunch on Saturday, May 30. In addition to fusion dishes like a chickpea waffle with a poached egg and fava beans, Nawab will  expand his homemade, bar-snack hot dog to the a.m. menu, with the added bonus that brunchgoers can choose to top theirs with a fried egg.

    See the full menu after the jump, but bear in mind this work-in-progress is subject to change, and prices have yet to be determined.
