Karine Bakhoum’s reality could soon be a “reality”!

Posted in Eat Out by Jordana Rothman on March 20th, 2009 at 6:04 pm

kb-cropThe Feed just received this interesting invitation from the gang at restaurant PR firm, KB Network News.

Join Karine Bakhoum and KB Network News for a taste of Casa La Femme’s traditional Egyptian cuisine…

And help us embark on our docudrama adventure!

    * This event will be filmed for a potential series pilot

A quick chat with KB revealed that there’s been some interest from a handful of undisclosed networks in a “docudrama” centering on the  PR priestess and regular Iron Chef judge. Quote the lady, “It’s about going behind the scenes and showing how I open a restaurant. About the consulting that goes into putting together a menu and making sure its consumer and press ready.”

Bets on the interested networks welcome, in the comments.

No offense to her…but I seriously doubt this show will get picked up. She’s not particularly likable and she certainly doesn’t have the look to carry a TV show. But we’ll see…

Karine would be fabulous on a TV series. She is a successful businesswoman, wife, and mother; and she does it all with great style. We will be watching!

This is just more evidence that you don’t have to even remotely be good at your job to land a reality show. EB, do you work for Karine by any chance?

she’s crazy out of control so that might work in a train wreck reality show drama kind of way. EB might be KB herself - everyone who works for KB hates her (see the crazy part)

I think it has a shot - she needs to wear low cut tops to show off her tremendous cleavage - just like she does on IC. I know of no rack nicer than her’s.

      Go girl!
      You rock anyway.
Maybe for some you’re too much but u know what?
People are going to judge anybody or anything anyway.
      Good luck to you.
And who cares what everybody says.
Let them suck it up because you’ll be perfect!

I worked for Karine briefly. Unlikeable is a severe understatement- she was a monster, both on the inside and the outside. I guess people might tune in to watch a reality show about her, but it would be because she’s a freak and they would want to see her act like a total psycho–it certainly would have nothing to do with her cleavage. Great style..luscious…gorgeous, my ass!
