But it’s been (quietly)opened and with a printed cocktail menu for weeks! I went in late January.
I’m psyched their open!
I received a cold and strange welcome from the staff, one which verged on the reception I expected upon arriving to a guest haus in the Alps. Loganberry Scramble cocktail - disgusting. It did disappoint. Their food and wine/beer list reflects the German-Austro country-style theme with some awful selections. Bibb lettuce with pumpkin seeds and radish? Spaetzle that was seemingly soggy, the hunters sausage was very gamey. Frankies 457 isn’t fully self-sustainable. What a shame!
