Apparently some miscommunication was afoot in the Co. camp: After being told the restaurant was opening this week, we now hear from the PR firm that the official opening date of Jim Lahey’s highly anticipated Chelsea pizzeria has been pushed back to January 2. We’ve all waited a long time, so we can probably wait a few more weeks…just be sure your New Year’s resolution isn’t to cut cheese-topped pies out of your diet.
