TONY has learned that the space that was most recently home to Josh DeChellis’s failed tempura experiment, BarFry, will become Cabrito in early May. Chef David Schuttenberg (Craft, Fatty Crab) is on tap for a Mexican menu that, on paper anyway, looks to be a worthy plan B for Market Table refugees. We’re not sure Mexican feels right on this block—think it sounds like a promising deep-fryer exorcism? Let us know.
