
TONY checked in with Paul Liebrandt today to see what’s what with that bountied little restaurant that may or may not be opening in the former Montrachet space. Liebrandt steadied himself against our charm, cited the usual municipal holdups and remained characteristically tight-lipped. What we did get: The former Gilt chef has a newly minted blog.
