The space that was once Grange Hall and later Blue Mill will reopen as Commerce, a project from Tony Zazula (Montrachet), this February. Harold Moore, who earned accolades as executive chef at Montrachet and chef de cuisine under Wayne Nish at the shuttered March restaurant, will head up the kitchen (as has been previously reported). Chatter about which new tenants will occupy the space that been vacant since 2006 has cited players like Geoffrey Zakarian and Sasha Petraske.
