On September 24, in-the-know gourmands turned up at Eat Out ’07 to taste samplings from 40 of TONY’s favorite, Eat Out Award-winning restaurants, including sea bass cartoccio from Japonais; spicy beef and pomelo salad from Mai House; and even Lobster Mac N Cheese croquettes from BAMN!

Guests in need of a break from the 3-hour tasting marathon relaxed in the Chopin Lounge (with furnishings by Natrona and music by DJ Cat), and enjoyed refreshments from Chopin vodka, French Rabbit wine, Stella Artois, San Benedetto, POM Tea and Starbucks.

To top it all off, a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and the evening’s silent auction benefited the Food Bank For New York City.
