MUSIC - Dave Rempis & Frank Rosaly
Local jazz-improv players Dave Rempis and Rosaly have a unique chemistry, honed as members of the former’s Percussion Quartet. The spry sax-drums duo spars over two sets at this CD-release gig, supporting its debut disc, Cyrillic, available tonight in advance of its official Jan 12 release via 482 Music. THEATER - A Fight Club for One

Genuine Germans make the trip across the Atlantic to Daley Plaza where they set up small stands packed with gifts and culinary delicacies. The traditional-style Christmas market offers hearty holiday fare such as sauerkraut, grilled sausages, potato pancakes, glühwein and sweet candied almonds.
