The Seven Daughters’s Twister board was big—maybe too big. The California winemaker teamed up with Park Grill to host a wine tasting/huge-ass-game-of-Twister yesterday afternoon beneath a tent by the Millennium Park restaurant. The press release optimistically stated that 1,000 people would play during the four-hour party in the park (11am to 3pm), but when I stopped by at a little after noon only a smattering of people felt bold enough to tangle themselves up on the 24′x40′ long board with other tipsy strangers.
That doesn’t mean there wasn’t a sizable turnout. The bulk of the crowd was more than happy to keep sampling wine by the bar as it watched a few test their flexibility on the mat.
