For those unfamiliar with this California-based chain, the all-you-can-eat glutton’s dream serves up every imaginable form of nigiri and sushi—including faves like dragon and caterpillar rolls—plus snow crab legs, green mussels, salads, pan-Asian hot entrées and—as if you’ll make this far—a dessert bar with treats like Japanese green tea cheesecake. Regular buffet prices are $15.95 Mon–Fri; $18.95 Sat, Sun; kids pay by height.
