There’s nothing like fresh air and free yoga to take the edge off your work day. You’ll get both during Fitness Formula Club Halsted’s Yoga by the Lake class, taught every Tuesday evening from 6:30-8pm at the southernmost point at Belmont Harbor (pictured here). The class is open to both FFC members and non-members. Bring a mat, towel, and some water and get ready to unwind, stretch out and take in beautiful lakefront views.
