Evidently, we all can’t be college dropout hip-hop superstar moguls. Earlier this week, Kanye West and the Kanye West Foundation (KWF) announced that Kanye will performing live at a”Stay in School” benefit concert at the historic Chicago Theatre on Thursday, June 11. Benefit concert tickets go on sale tomorrow, Thursday, May 21. Tickets range from $50 to $500 for the VIP reception. There’s more than just a concert going on—a lot more. Approximately 3,000 inner-city and Chicago-area students will get to hear Kanye’s soundcheck at noon and meet the rapper.
If you didn’t get the message about staying in school, get out and do five things.

NIGHTLIFE - Black Moth Super Rainbow & School of Seven Bells
This West Loop rock hub welcomes back the droning walls of sound and electronic trickery of School of Seven Bells as it joins the glitchy folk-hop of playfully bookish nerds Black Moth Super Rainbow. Although it will surely be a night of shoe-gazing and esoteric subject matter, the electronic undertones of both bands offer a refreshing change of pace for the Bottom Lounge.
