In this week’s issue I announced the opening of the Publican. I should have known better. Earlier this summer I spent some time with the Publican folks, garnering firsthand knowledge of their obsessive attention to detail that has made this project an epic one. So I shouldn’t have been surprised to hear today that the Publican has been pushed back again, this time to Wednesday 8 (at the earliest). And I won’t be surprised (disappointed maybe, but not surprised) if it gets pushed back again. If that happens, TOC will, as always, keep you updated.
